If your post code does not show or your freight price is extremely high, please contact us and we can shop around for you. A business address or depot pick up can be cheaper.
– Once you place your order you will receive an email from us containing you tracking number and a copy of your invoice.
Smaller Items : We often use Australia Post
NOTE : If your item is above 60 kg then you must be home and able to help lift it off the delivery truck. (Use the tracking number we provide to work out a delivery day OR contact us)

If you can not do this then you have the following options :
– 1. Arrange to pick it up from the closest depot. ( For a list of depots please click the TNT logo – They have other contract depots so please email us to confirm.
a) Most our larger machines require a hatch back BUT you can easily unload the box into a sedan. – (NOT the CX-1000 0R A2 as they are too long for most cars of any type. – Trailer or truck is needed.)
– 2 We can arrange a tail lift truck for you however this does cost an extra $100 minimum and they only leave on your driveway. ( Not our charge)
This all sounds a little concerning but it usually all works out OK.
