Previous studies in Allied Health Professions or Pilates Matwork, including some knowledge of the anatomy of the pelvic floor

  • Knowledge assessment for ‘Pregnancy in Motion’
  • Practical assessment of ‘Pregnancy in Motion’ repertoire during the workshop
